Basic starts at €699, Smart at €1,299 and Max at €1,599, all with 1,000 Wp of panels and an 800 W inverter, the most the balcony-solar decision allows (Gazette B 5573/2026). Installation in Athens adds €99. At €0.22/kWh, Basic saves about €210–230 a year and pays back in 3.4–3.7 years; Smart saves €245–315 and pays back in 4.3–5.5 years. Installs start once DEDDIE publishes its safety specifications (due by 31 October 2026).

Every figure comes from the same model as the payback calculator: 1,000 Wp of panels with an 800 W inverter, south-facing, no shade, 3,500 kWh/year with mixed day and evening use, €0.22/kWh, installed Athens price, paid upfront. The low end is railing-mounted (vertical) panels, the high end panels tilted ~30°. Power sent to the grid counts as €0. Not a guaranteed return.
